Cooking Methods: Each piece feeds 1 – 2 adults

– Pull out a non-stick or an old fashioned cast-iron pan
– Grease up the pan with either butter/ tiny bit of oil/ non-stick spray
– Set the pan on the stove and crank up the flame to high
– Once pan is pipping hot you can place the spinner into the pan
– Maintain a nice high flame and sear the first side for about 3-4 minutes
– Flip one time and sear the other side for about another 3 minutes
– Once the cheese has melted and the steak looks just right, place on the cutting board
– Here you will pull out the wooden skewers that keep the spinner looking tight and get to slicing.
– Place on your plate and enjoy
