Cooking Method:
– Grab your ideal size (pending on size of beef) stock pot
– place corned beef in pot
– drain picking brine and picking spices in pot
– choose your favorite beer and pour one can in pot (very important)
– toss in one stick of salted butter (very important)
– add water to pot, just enough to make sure the beef is covered
– bring to a high boil and let it roar for 3 and 1/2 to 4 hours
– if water evaporates too much, just add water to cover meat again.
– take beef out of pot and place beef on cutting board
– let it sit for 7-12 minutes
– slice from point to point against the grain of the beef
