Super Stuffed Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Cooking Methods: 2 piece to a pack, Serves 4 moderate eaters or 2 hungry adults or 1 teenage growing boy!!

– per-heat over to 350 degrees
– Grab a tall wall hotel pan(oven pan)
– With rubber spatchals, coal bottom of pan with some of the enchilada sauce
– Place the 2 enchiladas into the pan, on top of the sauce
– Cover with foil, or the pans lid
– Bake for 25 – 30 minutes covered
– If you enjoy toasty charred cheese, place the dish back in oven for another 5-8 minutes
– Place on serving dish and serve. So tender you don’t need a knife
